Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. Please email us at info@switchenabled.com if you want to return an item to receive a Return Authorization Number and the Return Address.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition you received them and include the original toy packaging and all accessories.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges and any coupons applied at checkout when purchased.
Item Damaged During Shipment
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please email us at info@switchenabled.com detailing the problem within 10 days of the order being delivered. To be eligible for a full refund, including shipping, please keep the shipping box and all packing material.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order if it has not shipped for a full refund.
